Gene Evans is a lifelong Uvalde resident and was born at Uvalde Memorial Hospital in 1975.
He married Cristina Rangel and they have been together for the better part of 20 years.
They have two sons, Jackson and Jameson. His mother and father are small business owners
in the community. Gene has served the community in both retail and service. Previously employed
as a Assistant Manager at Autozone for 8 years, and then Fixed Operations Director at Cecil
Atkission Motors. Gene now serves on the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Committee.
Customer service and attention to detail are his best attributes. He has a vast knowledge
of the area, its people and the culture.
Jose F. Gardea was born and raised in Uvalde, TX. He graduated from Uvalde High School in 2008 and has served the Uvalde community for the last eight years, where he began his sales career with Griffith Ford Uvalde. He is currently employed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, at the Uvalde branch, where he continues helping the Uvalde and surrounding communities meet their needs for auto rentals effortlessly. Jose likes to spend his free time with his family, playing outdoors and making lifelong memories. He has recently received his Texas Real Estate License and is devoted to building lasting relationships with his past, present and future clients and assist them in finding a property that will best fit their needs and lifestyle. Having grown up in the Irish community of Refugio, Texas, I graduated from high school in 1965. I attended Our Lady of the Lake College in San Antonio and then married in 1967 and moved to Corpus Christi, where i acquired my real estate license. I moved to Uvalde in 1981, where I live with my husband on his family ranch in Montell. Until marriage, I grew up on the O'Connor ranch in south Texas, surrounded by coastal type land. Now living in the beautiful hill country, I have gained a diverse knowledge of different terrains and their specific uses for all types of agriculture.
After being here for over 35 years I am very familiar with the land, businesses, and residential areas. I am always ready and willing to assist buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate needs.
Jennifer Jo Suarez was born in Lamesa, Texas and later raised in Uvalde, Texas. Jennifer married her high school sweetheart Uvalde County Sheriff Deputy Fred Andrew Suarez. Together they have raised two sons, Tyler Joe Suarez and Jaxson Joe Suarez. Jennifer is a fourth generation Uvaldean and currently holds her Property & Casualty Insurance License at her family business of Allstate. Jennifer's Real Estate Career started in 2013 and she has since then practiced real estate full time. She is currently a member of Uvalde Board of REALTORS, Equal Housing Opportunity, National Association of REALTORS, an the Multiple Listing Service. She is also an active member on the community, holding a chair with the City of Uvalde Building and Standard Committee.
